What is e-commerce fulfilment?
E-commerce fulfilment is everything that happens between an order in your webshop and the moment the parcel reaches your customer: storing your stock, picking the right products from the shelf, packing, shipping and processing returns. It's about individual parcels to consumers (B2C).
If you outsource it, you no longer have to arrange a warehouse, a packing table or carrier contracts yourself. You keep your time for your products, your marketing and your customers. When that moment has come is explained in signs it's time to outsource your fulfilment.

Sendwit becomes the warehouse behind your webshop. Your delivery is counted and booked in, orders come in automatically from your webshop and marketplaces, and we make sure every parcel ships neatly and on time.
Here's how it works, step by step.
Step 1
Receiving and storage
Your supplier delivers your stock to us. We count and check everything and book it in within 1 working day. If the quantities don't match, you get a notification with photos the same day.
Every item gets a fixed location, on a shelf, in a bin or on a pallet. Your stock is visible live in your portal.
Step 2
Orders come in automatically
We connect your webshop and marketplaces, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed and bol. Every new order is ready for us straight away, and your stock adds up everywhere.
We pick the right items and pack every order securely.
Step 3
Shipping across Europe
Orders placed before 18:00 ship the same working day, via bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx and Colis Privé. Belgium in 1 working day, the Netherlands in 1 to 2, France and Germany in 2 to 3, and the rest of Europe in 3 to 5 working days.
Your customer gets a tracking number from a carrier they know. You get a daily shipping overview. More in delivery times.
Step 4
Returns processed
Every return is checked, registered and reported to you within 3 working days. Anything in good condition goes back into stock.
