With a name, email address and mobile number. A reply within 4 working hours, no chatbot or ticket number. When they're away, a regular colleague takes over.

Your stock on sale fast
Booked in within 1 working day. If something doesn't add up, you get a report with photos the same day.

Your orders ship on time
In before 18:00, shipped the same working day. If it ever doesn't work out, you hear it from us, with the reason and the solution.

Growth without compromise
We only take on customers we can serve well. Peaks like Black Friday are planned together with you.

Nothing without your approval
Carrier, packaging or settings never change without consulting you, not even when it would be cheaper for us.

When something goes wrong
We fix our mistakes at our own cost. We follow up carrier claims. Every return is reported within 3 working days.

You know what you pay
A fixed price list and a monthly invoice itemised per order. No surcharges that aren't in your quote.

You can always leave
Cancel monthly with 1 month notice, with no minimum term and no exit fee. Your data straight away as an export, your stock ready within 10 working days.
