Why a European warehouse?

Since 1 July 2026, the EU charges a flat customs duty of €3 on every small parcel (under €150) sent directly from outside the EU to a consumer. If you ship every parcel separately from China, you pay that fee on every order, on top of an expensive international rate and a delivery time of 7 to 20 days.

With a warehouse in the EU, your stock arrives in bulk. You pay the regular import duties and VAT once on that bulk shipment, and every parcel to your customer is then a domestic shipment: faster, cheaper and with a local tracking number.

    You send your stock to Belgium by sea, air or rail freight. Customs clearance is handled by your customs broker; we receive the goods as soon as they're released.

    We count everything and book it in within 1 working day. Every item gets a fixed location.

    Orders come in automatically

    We connect your webshop (such as Shopify or WooCommerce) and marketplaces such as Amazon and bol. European orders come in to us automatically.

    In your portal you see what's in stock, what's selling and when to reorder.

    Shipping across Europe

    Orders placed before 18:00 ship the same working day, via bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx and Colis Privé, at European rates.

    Belgium in 1 working day, the Netherlands in 1 to 2, France and Germany in 2 to 3, and the rest of Europe in 3 to 5 working days.

    Returns stay in Europe

    Sending a return back to China often costs more than the product is worth. With us, returns come back to Belgium.

    We check them and put them back in stock when they're sellable, without anything having to go back to China.

What is the €3 fee per parcel?
Since 1 July 2026, the EU charges a flat customs duty of €3 on small parcels (under €150) sent directly from outside the EU to a consumer. If you ship from a warehouse inside the EU, that parcel is a domestic shipment and the fee doesn't apply.
So do I pay no import costs at all?
You pay the regular import duties and VAT once, on your bulk shipment when it enters the EU. That's almost always much cheaper than €3 on every individual parcel.
Do you handle customs and import?
We're the warehouse and the shipping in Europe. Customs clearance of your bulk shipment is handled by your customs broker; we receive the goods as soon as they're released.
How quickly will my customer receive their order?
Orders received before 18:00 ship the same working day. Belgium in 1 working day, the Netherlands in 1 to 2, France and Germany in 2 to 3, and the rest of Europe in 3 to 5 working days.
